Rashmi conducts customer site visits, documents user needs, and helps agencies understand the benefits of implementing evaluation systems. She is an expert at needs assessment and building consensus. Prior to joining Mosiac, Rashmi held a variety of human resource and event planning positions for Silicon Valley companies. A graduate of The Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, Rashmi has had the opportunity to consult with many of America’s leading companies on strategic change initiatives.
